Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds on purchased candles.

We understand that you may not love every scent. If you're unsure of how a scent will smell after reading the candle's description, please contact us to inquire about our sample packs.

These sample packs are available upon request only. They are tealight-sized samples and include 3-scents of your choice for $8. This price includes your shipping & delivery. These sample packs give you the opportunity to smell the scent before purchasing the candle.  

To inquire about a sample pack, please send us a message on the Contact Us website page. Be sure to include "Sample Pack" in the subject line or first line of the message box. 

Damages

We understand that items may have been given too much love during the mail handling process. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a message on the Contact Us website page. Be sure to include "Damaged Mail" in the subject line or first line of the message box.

You will then be contact to provide additional information including a picture of the damaged and unused candle, so that a replacement can be sent out to you. Replacements will not be given for any used candles. 

Lost Mail

We do understand that things happen and items can be lost. Unfortunately, we do not assume any responsibility for any packages that are lost in transit. Please send us a message on the Contact Us website page, so we can assist with locating the package and filing a claim with the postal carrier. Be sure to include "Lost Mail" in the subject line or first line of the message box.
